Ballard Born in Jonesboro, AR October 16, 1969 Died in Jonesboro, AR September 2, 2023 Survived by his wife Brandy of the home, daughter Rachel Faith Ballard of Heber Springs AR, stepdaughter Isabella Zupa of Jonesboro, mother Patricia Diann (Thomas) Hale & Stepfather John Quinton Hale of Fairfield Bay AR, stepmother Jackie (Dotter) Ballard of Jonesboro, sister Angela Patterson (Bobby) of Mayflower AR, brothers Cody Ballard and Tanner Ballard (Miranda) both of Jonesboro AR, stepsisters Christy Barber (Toby) of Sand Springs OK, Stephanie (Brand) Porter of Jonesboro AR. Along with many cherished Friends and Family. Preceded in death by his father James Alvin Ballard, paternal grandparents Clermont Wesley and Pearl Elizabeth (Watson) Ballard from Jonesboro, maternal grandparents Roy David Thomas and Doris Virginia (Scott) Thomas. Was honorably discharged as Corporal (E4) from the US Marine Corps (1989-1993) having received a Combat Action Ribbon for participating in Operation Desert Shield/Storm among other awards and medals. Services will be Friday September 22nd. There will be a burial of his cremains at 2 p.m. at Philadelphia Cemetery. Immediately following there will be a Celebration of Life at the pavilion at Lake Frierson.
