I am truly saddened by Vickie’s passing. We knew each other for 33 years. We would talk about when she would get well enough that we could go out for a burger with my sister Barbara. It has been an honor and a blessing to have been able to care for her off and on these past few years. I always loved it when she would pull her hair up on top of her head in a little ponytail. She looked like a little cupie doll with her big blue eyes. She was beautiful inside and out, even with a little spiciness once in a while. She touched everyone she met with her sweet, gentle spirit. God put us back together after a long time apart, for that I have been blessed beyond measure. I am sorry I missed her celebration of life. I got off work to attend and no one was there. I guess I didn’t have the right information. Wesley, praying God embraces you and gives you the strength to endure this difficult time. She was so very proud of you and talked of you often and I know you will always make her proud. Love forever.
