Ray E. Presley, 81, of Caraway, Arkansas passed away at Woodbriar Nursing Home in Harrisburg, Arkansas on April 17, 2023. He was born on December 27, 1941 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Louis Presley and Rosetta Massey Presley. Ray was a Christian and an artist. He was a Master Brick Mason (second generation) and enjoyed building projects, gardening, traveling, watching westerns, and spending time with his family. Survivors include; five children: Pastor Angela Presley, Gregg Presley, Pastor Rodney Presley (Holly), Kevin Presley (Elaine), and Christina Presley Leake; six grandchildren: Kendal Presley, Kayla Presley, Kennedy Presley, Laura Glover (Daniel), Otto Leake , and Robin Leake; two great grandchildren: Morgan and Tatum Glover; three sisters: Doris Presley Love, Joyce Irvin, and Cheryl Schoolfield; three brothers: Michael Presley, Ronnie Presley, and Jeff Presley; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents: Louis and Rosetta Massey Presley; and two sons: Ray O’Neil Presley and Glen Raymond Presley. Pallbearers: Tommy Ray, Eric Ray, Tony Ray, Tommy Ray, Paul Brooks, Kendal Presley, Kennedy Presley, and Scott Ballard. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Caraway, Arkansas with Pastor Angela Presley and Pastor Rodney Presley officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at the Caraway Cemetery in Caraway, Arkansas.
