Hubert Blake

Mr. Hubert Blake, age 74, of Brockwell, Arkansas, passed away on April 2, 2015 at the Community Medical Center of Izard County in Calico Rock, Arkansas. Born January 5, 1941 in Bakersville, California, he was the son of the late Nelson Vernon and Edith Nichols Blake. Mr. Blake enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by two son: Hubert Scott Blake of Arizona, Nelson Blake of Arkansas; Step sons: Doreen Patcheck of Arkansas, Fred Frey of Arkansas, Kenny Frey of Arkansas and Chris Frey of Arkansas; three sisters: Winnie Mae Pombo of Idaho; Kelley Blake of California and Sona Blake of California; one brother: Gregg Blake of California; two former wives: Jan Stephenson and Dorothy Blake. Mrs. Blake also leaves several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Memorial services will be announced at a later time under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
