Carolyn Annette Edge, 63, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on February 23, 2023. She was born on May 17, 1959 in Tyronza, Arkansas to Billy Grubbs and Elsie Mae Smith Grubbs. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed camping and walking the trails at Lake Charles, shopping at Goodwill and many flea markets, collecting quilts and throws, and spending time with her grandchildren and family. Survivors include; father: Billy Grubbs (Mary) of Monette, Arkansas; one son: Douglas Edge (Patricia) of Leachville, Arkansas; one daughter: Amanda Wilson (John) of Monette, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Dakota Edge, Addison Edge, and Emily Edge; one niece: Haley Sims; one great nephew: Noah Daniel Sims; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her mother: Elsie Mae Smith Grubbs; her husband: Virgil Wayne Foutch; one son: Matthew Lynn Edge; and two brothers: Troy Wayne Grubbs and Danny Jean Grubbs. Pallbearers: Hollis Walls, Jay Bohannan, Tanner Cecil, Roy Skinner, Casey Springer, and Robert Clayton. Honorary pallbearers: Aaron Skinner and Dakota Edge. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Lake City Assembly of God Church in Lake City, Arkansas with Debbie Johnson officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at the Leachville Cemetery in Leachville, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
