Mildred Lorine Whitehurst

Mildred Lorine Whitehurst, 92 of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on May 28, 2021 at Ridgecrest Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on February 23, 1929 in Walcott, Arkansas to Birlie Cletis and Gladys Emma Duffel. She was a member of the Nettleton Methodist Church and love to watch Jimmy Swaggart on television. Survivors include; her husband of 52 years: Harmon Whitehurst of the home; one son: Daaron Riley of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one step-daughter: Reba Peifer; one brother: Curtis Duffel of Jonesboro, Arkansas; many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her parents: Birlie and Gladys Duffel; one brother: James Duffel; step-children: Bethel Spencer, Y. D. Whitehurst, and Hurshel Whitehurst. Graveside services will be held at Jonesboro Memorial Park on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Susan Miles officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
