Patricia Ann Vandon,73 of Paragould, Arkansas passed away, Friday, January 15, 2021 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center, Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born June 8, 1947 in Lake City, Arkansas to Charlie and Gladys Barnes Ellis. She was a member of the Oak Grove Heights Baptist Church, Oak Grove, Arkansas, she enjoyed Gospel music, reading, sewing, and “huling pecans.” Survivors include; three sons: Wayne Stallings (Joan) of Paragould, Arkansas, Chris Stallings (Brandy) of Hendersonville, North Carolina, David Stallings (Penny) of Paragould, Arkansas; three daughters: Melissa Stallings of Paragould, Arkansas, Michelle Stallings of Paragould, Arkansas, and Darlene Frost of Hoxie, Arkansas; two brothers: Laymon Ellis of Lafe, Arkansas, Jim Ellis of Alabama; two sisters: Louise Deckelman of Harrisburg, and Donna Ellis; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; her husband: Harold Vandon; one grandchild: Michael Martin; two brothers: Carlon Ellis, Tommy Ellis; two sisters: Nora Barnes, and Charlene “Sue” Davidson. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Oak Grove Heights Baptist Church 59 Church RD, Paragould, Arkansas, 72450, with Bro. David Stallings officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. Burial will be in Mt. Home Cemetery, Paragould, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Due to Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is required to be signed, and social distancing will be observed.
