Delbert John Riemer, 80 of Cave City, Arkansas passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at White River Medical Center, Batesville, Arkansas. He was born May 17, 1940 in Orangeville, Illinois to John Clarence and Bessie Knukle Riemer. He enjoyed going to church, he enjoyed the treasure hunt of yard sales and flea markets, and enjoyed “mechanicing.” Survivors include; his wife: Betty Roberts Riemer of the home; one son: Shawn Riemer (Michelle) of Las Vegas, Nevada; Frank March of Rockford, Illinois, Michael March (Ronda) of Rector, Arkansas, Mark March of Byron, Illinois, Carl March (Tammy) of Cave City Arkansas; two daughters: Vickie March of Reyno, Arkansas, Jaris Campbell of Cave City, Arkansas; two sisters: Evelyn Rafestick of Freeport, Illinois and Viola Strong of Stockton, Illinois; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: one son: Russell Stanley March; one sister: Verla Red. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 12:00 noon at New Life Christian Center, 704 Hickman St., Rector, Arkansas. 72461 with Rev. Sam Manual officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church 10: 00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Macey Cemetery, Monette, Arkansas. Pallbearers: Mark March, Michael March, Carl March, Caleb Lighthart, James Lighthart, RoBee Campbell. Honorary pallbearers: Bro. Richard Mahan, Bro. Donnie Roberson, AJ Campbell, Frank March. Due to Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is required to be signed, and social distancing will be observed.
