Bobby Levon Farmer

Mr. Bobby Levon Farmer, 79, of Marmaduke, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Mr. Farmer was born on February 13, 1936 in Marmaduke, Arkansas to the late Clyde Marcus and Ola Marie Hampton Farmer. Mr. Farmer was a member of First Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, building bird house, and any type of woodworking. He loved music and played the guitar, violin, piano, organ, and harmonica.Survivors include; two sons: Michael Farmer and wife Dawn and Jeff Farmer both of Marmaduke, Arkansas; two daughters: Shela Lamborn and husband Gene of Corning, Arkansas and Cathy Arant of Marmaduke; one brother; three sisters; twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.Mr. Farmer was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one son: Kim Allen Farmer.Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Marmaduke First Baptist Church with Bro. Kim Bridges officiating. Interment will follow at Hartsoe Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Friday at the church from 12:00 pm until service time. Pallbearers: Johnny Damen, Zak Burgess, Cody Farmer, Jason Hatley, Gene Lamborn, and Bradley Farmer.
