Walter Thomas Burnett, 82 of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 at his home. He was born March 26, 1938 in Jennings, Florida to Buirl and Bessie Wynn Burnett. He served in the United States Air Force, enjoyed watching westerns, and playing with the grandchildren. Survivors include; two sons: Walter T. Burnett, Jr. (Ashley) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Robert G. Burnett of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sisters: Raynell English of California, Carolyn Barnett of Gainsville, Florida; three grandchildren: Kaylie, Lydia, and Tabitha Burnett; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; his wife: Lola F. Burnett; one daughter: Joy Burnett; three brothers: Richard, Eddie, Beau Burnett; and one sister: Lutrell Burnett.
