Stella Lauderdale, 84 of Trumann, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020 at her home. She was born August 11, 1935 in Hergett, Arkansas to the late Vernie and Dollie Floyd Sharpe. Stella loved going to church, singing and writing songs, and fishing. Survivors include; six children: Waymon Lauderdale (Linda) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Ruby Peaster of Trumann, Arkansas, Linda Flanagan of Trumann, Arkansas, Jennifer Adams of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Thomas Lauderdale of Trumann, Arkansas, Sabrina Burke of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one brother: Joe Sharpe of Bay, Arkansas; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; her first husband: George Lauderdale; her second husband: Buford Mitchell; one daughter: Debra Eaton; one sister: Beulah Steen; and one brother: Orville Sharpe. Graveside service will be Monday, August 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Log Cemetery with Rev. Shannon Tribble officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. In compliance with Covid 19, a mask or other facial covering is recommended along with social distancing.
