Thomas Raymond Waggener, 69 passed away Tuesday July 21, 2020 at St. Elizabeth’s Place, Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born May 9, 1951 in Waukegan, Illinois to Oney and Helen Glogovski Waggener. He was of the Catholic faith, a graduate of North Chicago, Illinois High School,and a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute, he had a passion for cooking, he loved playing with his two dogs, Molly and Lily. Survivors include; his wife: Brenda Caples Waggener of the home; one stepdaughter: Lisa Butwil of Rockton, Illinois; one brother: Ronald Waggener of Waukegan, Illinois; two sisters: Sue Dolence of Gurnee, Illinois and Kathy Brinkman of Grayslake, Illinois; seven nieces and nephews; five great nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; grandparents: Andrew and Ursula Glogovski and William and Edna Waggener. Family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
