Ida Mae Bunch

Ida Mae Bunch, 72 of Jonesboro passed away Friday 13, 2019 in Trumann, Arkansas. She was born February 26, 1947 to Roscoe and Mae Langston Brown in Monette, Arkansas. She was a member of the Needham Baptist Church. She retired from St. Bernard’s in the Emergency Room environment, she was an avid golf player winning several tournaments, she was a shopaholic “Shop till you Drop”, enjoyed antiquing and flea market, games of chance, card games, Rummy and Dominoes, fishing, traveling, and cruises to the Bahamas. She loved family gatherings, BBQ’s and playing volleyball with the kids and grandkids. Survivors include; her husband: Clarence Bunch, Jr.; one son: Clarence O. Bunch III (Julie) of Brookland, Arkansas; one daughter: Kimberly Bunch (Brent Baker) of Trumann, Arkansas, and a bonus daughter and son: Denise Higgins (West) of Wynne, Arkansas; one brother: Bobby Brown of Jonesboro, Arkansas; seven grandchildren: Evan Bunch (Alicia), Haylee Clark, Hannah Kelso (Spencer), Madison Bunch, Chandler Pittman, Gage Vinson, and Calye Vinson; four great grandchildren: Briley Bunch, Luke Stearns, Paisley Bunch and Lainey Groves; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by; her mother and father in law: Owen and Louise Bunch; grandparents: Robert and Ida Brown; two brothers: William “Woodie” Brown and Johnny Brown. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Needham Baptist Church with Brother Danny Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
