Carl Rouse

Carl Michael Rouse, 66, passed away on September 10, 2018 at Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on February 1, 1952 in Alabama to Marvin and Flossie Williams Rouse. He enjoyed fishing, drawing, music and loved his coffee. Survivors include; his wife: Michelle Rouse of the home; one son: Carl Rouse II of St. Louis, Missouri; three step-children: Brandon Cupp of Cardwell, Missouri, Chad Spencer of Paragould, Arkansas, Kaicie Spencer of Arbyrd, Missouri; many grandchildren; one step-brother: James Waynick of Kennett, Missouri and a host of other family and friends.In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by; one son: Shannon Fewell; one step-daughter: Kailyn Lewis; many brothers and sisters.The family requests private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
