Leonard Snider

Leonard Hugh Snider, 75, of Trumann, Arkansas passed away on September 12, 2018 at his home. He was born on March 15, 1943 in Hamilton, Alabama to the late Will and Delphia Blanche Harris Snider. He was a member of Elm Grove Baptist Church in Lake City, Arkansas, and was retired from Hytrol. He collected coins, old knives, and radios, played the guitar, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.Survivors include; his wife: Ethel Snider of the home; one son: James Snider (Melanie) of Oregon; two daughters: Melissa Garrett of Sherwood, Arkansas and Cynthia Vaughn (Terry) of Hornersville, Missouri; one brother: Harold Edward Snider (Elaine) of Trumann, Arkansas; two sisters: Faye Taylor of Hamilton, Alabama and Dollie Adams (Derrel) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; ten grandchildren: Jenifer Leonard, Mathew Snider, Ashley Richardson, Heather Moya, Christopher Mullins Richardson, Ta’Ya Reich, Dylan Snider, Chehaela Snider, Ambry Snider, and Eric Snider; seventeen great-grandchildren: Zahir Taylor, Zaria Taylor, Mackenzie Farr, Malachi Farr, Fénix Moya, Kaydence Williams, Caleb Mullins, Hannah Mullins, Sophia Mullins, Tremain Leonard, Jr., Madison Stracen, Kaitlynn Snider, Brooklynn Snider, and Atheya Reich, Brayden Jennings, Alexander Jennings and Ezekiel Jennings; and a host of other family and friends.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one son: Leonard Chadwick Snider; one brother: Bill Snider; two sisters: Mae Avery and Mavis Chambless; one granddaughter: Latisha Faith Jennings.Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Log Cemetery with Bro. James Winkle officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
