Richard Archidale Shearer

Richard Archidale Shearer, 54 of Rector, Arkansas passed away on Sunday September 23, 2018 at 12:53 p.m. in Rector, Arkansas, surrounded by a slough of family and friends. He was born on December 16, 1963 in Paragould, Arkansas to Virgil and Sunshine Pillow Shearer. He was a very kind man that never met a stranger, who loved his children and life. He always made the best of every situation. Richard enjoyed Nascar, wildlife and especially the river. Survivors include; five children: Jenna Shearer of Paragould, Arkansas, Zackary Shearer of Saipan, Travis Shearer (Jerin) of Paragould, Arkansas, Josh Shearer (Kayla) of Kingsport, Tennessee, Justin Shearer (Kylie) of Kingsport, Tennessee; four grandchildren: Luke Murray, Evan Lee, Kristen Seevers, Chandler Seevers; two brothers: Jack Shearer of Paragould, Arkansas, Roger Shearer (Peggy) of Paragould, Arkansas; three sisters: Darhonda Thompson (Jim) of Paragould, Arkansas, Sue Brown of Paragould, Arkansas, Jarhonda Lashley of Powhatan, Arkansas. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by; his wife: Denicce Shearer. A memorial service and fish fry will be held Saturday September 29, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the residence of Jr. and Debbie Remingin, 55 Greene 840 Rd Paragould, Arkansas (just west of the St. Francis River Bridge) with a memorial boat ride following at 2:30 p.m., leaving from Dements Landing.
