Calvin "Buddy" Earl Holt

Calvin “Buddy” Earl Holt, 85 of Manila, Arkansas passed away on September 25, 2018 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on December 23, 1932 in Joiner, Arkansas to Robert Daniel and Cordie Irene Hale Holt. He enjoyed watching westerns on TV, driving around Big Lake collecting turtles and rocks. Survivors include; one son: Keith Holt of Manila, Arkansas; three daughters: Sheila Longhibler (Jim) of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Kathy Mouser (Harold) of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, Tracy Stewart (Mitch) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren: Melissa Moore, Shawn Longhibler (Elva), Jason Longhibler, Crystal Longhibler-Brown, Nathan Holt (Breona), Whitney James (Joe), Dennis Holt (Rebecca), Hannah Holt, Jordan Holt, Abigail Wood (Timothy), Troy Stewart, Mason Stewart; seventeen great-grandchildren: Madison Weathers, Jordan Watkins, Christian Watkins, Luke Holt, Kelsea Moore, Gavin “Kevin” Moore, Jay Allen Longhibler, Christina Chamblis, Sebastian Bushog, Noah Covell, Carmen Brown, Sawyer Holt, Devin James, Kayden Feathers, Bentley Holt, Carter Sirmon-Wicoff, Oliver Wood; one great-great grandchild: Hadley Weathers; one brother: M.C. Holt; two sisters: Robbie Stone, and Shirley Stone; his ex-wife: Melva Holt and a host of other family and friends.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one son: Kenneth Holt; two great-grandchildren: Javeon James, Storm Wood; three brothers: Bob Holt, Lester Holt, Allen Holt; two sisters: Glenda “Sissy” Daniel and Patricia Holt.The family will receive visitors on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Faith Funeral Service Chapel in Manila, Arkansas.
