Roy Douglas Hurt, Jr., 47, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at his home. He was born on July 26, 1970 in Wilson, Arkansas to Roy Douglas Hurt, Sr. and Patsy Hamm Hurt. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and love mechanic work.Survivors include; his mother: Patsy Hurt of Leachville, Arkansas; mother of children: Kristal Hurt of Manila, Arkansas; two sons: Corey Hurt of Blytheville, Arkansas and Blade Hurt of Leachville, Arkansas; one daughter: Lindsey Pierce (Franklin) of Manila, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Chloe, Lillie, and Aubree Pierce; fiancé: Mary Robinson of Leachville, Arkansas; two brothers: Patrick and Jason Hurt of Manila, Arkansas; one sister: Kathy Hurt of Leachville, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.He was preceded in death by: his father; one brother: Louis Hurt; one son: Hayden Hurt; and one grandson: Zane Hurt.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Funeral Service chapel with Rev. Greg Stull officiating. Interment will follow at Manila, Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors on Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Faith Funeral Service. Pallbearers: Kevin Mays, Wade Mays, Gerald Mays, Jerry Mays, James Mays, and Matthew Mays.
