Matthew Price Thomas, 41 of Jonesboro, passed away September 21, 2017 at Baptist East Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born September 1, 1976 in St. Louis, Missouri to Sterle and Gloria Sue Penter Thomas. He loved music, clowns, scary movies, and friends.Survivors include two daughters: Brianna Thomas; Amber Thomas; one son: Nathan Thomas all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one brother: Randy Looney of Hoxie, Arkansas; ex-wife and friend: Krista Thomas of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.He was preceded in death by; his father: Sterle “Butch” Thomas; his mother: Gloria Sue Penter Nichols; one brother: John Allen Looney; and one sister: Barbara Ivy.The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
