Helen Stewart

Helen Eileen Stewart, 94, of Rector, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at the Manor Nursing Home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She was born on August 11, 1923 in Marble Hill, Missouri to the late Thomas and Myrtle Hedge Hovis. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Rector, Arkansas and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include; one son: Mark Stewart of Owensville, Missouri. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; her husband: Glen Stewart; two brothers: Eugene and Clayton Hovis; and one sister: Iretha Hetherington.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Rector with Bro. Ardell Polk officiating. The family will receive visitors Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. until time for the service.
