Jane was a steadfast pillar in her community, always respectful but never phony. I miss her.

Dear Robert and Bill,I have so many memories from living across the street from your family. Your mom called me Grace (after I fell at school and broke my arm, the name stuck), she interviewed me several times for her classes while she was getting her Masters ( I had not idea why she was doing this at the time), she pulled my head out of the railings going down your front porch, and the many nights we sled down your big hill in the snow. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers, especially on October 1, when you have her memorial service. Love, Kelley Gray Norton Rusnak

  3. Greg "t. O." Spence & Family, says

Robert and Bill and all family members, you mom was a very special lady and a good friend of mine for over three decades. She loved her volunteer work in Scouting and she went after it with the same enthusiasm regardless of what is was. She was proud of you both for your accomplishments in scouting and in your personal lives as you grew into fine young men and I'm sure she was crazy about her grandkids. She lived her life as the example of cheerful service to others and she will be missed by a great many of those she helped and became friends with. We all share in your loss but we also celebrate her life of kindness, helpfulness, and compassion for others that she exemplified. Grace and peace to you and your families
