Johnny Michael Walters, 75 of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at his home on January 15, 2023. He was born on November 22, 1947 in Dinuba, California to John C. and Clara Mae Walters. He enjoyed working in the yard, watching Nascar, and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include; loving wife: Marcia Walters of the home; two daughters: Ashley (Zach) Wynn of Brookland, Arkansas and Christie Tackett of Malvern, Arkansas; one son: Shane (Tammy) Walters of Denton, Texas; one brother; Rick Walters (Ruthie) of Bono, Arkansas; one sister: Earlene Smith of North Little Rock, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; Adam Wynn, Emmitt Wynn, Aynslee Wynn, Briley Tackett, Brayce Tackett, Jolie Lynn Tackett, Landon Riley, Grayson Walters, Madison Walters; many nieces; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by; three sisters: Ruby “Pete” Morgan, Elsie Faye Newton, and Mildred Lea Wycoff. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
