Marilyn Kay Owens, 71 of Chicago, Illinois (originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas) passed away on May 17, 2021 at Little Company of Mary in Evergreen Park, Illinois. She was born on June 18, 1949 to Lacey and Marcell Davis Howard. Survivors include; her husband: Ricky Owens of the home; two sons: Timothy Melton and Anthony Melton (Becky); four daughters: Michelle McCarty, Melissa Fulkerson, Melinda Grace, and Angie Toohey (Ryan); one brother: Jink Howard; sixteen grandchildren: Kendall Fulkerson, Kyle Fulkerson, Lakrisha Fulkerson, Nathaniel Fulkerson, Dominque Grace, Trever Grace, Wayne Grace, Joshua Melton, Makeesha Melton, Miranda Melton, Noah Melton, Sarah Melton, James Edward Pulliam, Brittney Shader, Julia Shrader, and Sophia Shrader; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her parents Lacey and Marcell Howard; and four brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be held at the Tyronza Cemetery on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 after the visitation at Faith Funeral Service, 2658 Highway 18 W, Manila, Arkansas beginning at 12:00 noon.
