Survivors include; his wife: Sally Brooks of Trumann, Arkansas; one son: Brandon Abbott of Caraway, Arkansas; seven siblings: Louise Shotts of Trumann, Arkansas, Barbara Drum (Roger) of Harrisburg, Arkansas, Charles Brooks of Trumann, Arkansas, Roberto Witt of Trumann, Arkansas, Neicy Whitlock (Gary) of Paragould, Arkansas, Margaret Hudgens (Scotty of Searcy, Arkansas, and Jackie Brooks of Trumann, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; his parents: Jerry and Betty Brooks. The family has requested private services under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
