Bessie Faye Cook, 77 of Trumann, Arkansas passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at her home. She was born November 29, 1943 in Trumann, Arkansas to Nathan and Florance Clark Bennett. She was of the Baptist faith, loved working in the yard attending to her flower beds and picking up pecans. Survivors include; two daughters: Cindy Cook (Jeff Robinson) of Bono, Arkansas and Lorre Holt (Ron) of Tulot, Arkansas; two sons: Stevie Cook and Jeremy Cook both of Tulot, Arkansas; one sister: Jenny Burlison of Brookland, Arkansas; nine grandchildren: Courtney Holt, Dylan Holt, April Holt, Stevie Cook, Jr. Holley Cook, Mallorie Cook, Jonathan Cummings, Jessica Cummings, and Eli Whitmire; seven great grandchildren: Bentley Sloan, Lynlee Cook, Braxton Cook, Maxwell Cook, Bennett Cook, Rosaleigh Suarez, and Romeo Suarez; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; her husband: Dallas Cook; one daughter: Vickye Cook; three brothers: Jesse (her twin), Shorty, and James Bennett. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2021 at Faith Baptist Church, Tulot, Arkansas with Gary Morris officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. Burial will follow in the Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery, Birdeye, Arkansas. Family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
