Bill Gary Finley, 78 of Bay, Arkansas passed away at his home, April 2, 2021. He was born February 2, 1943 in Monette, Arkansas to Riley Lee Finley, Sr. and Evadee Casey Finley. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnessess. Survivors include; one son: Gary Finley (Christie) of Texas; one daughter: Kim Villalobos (Isaac) of Bay, Arkansas; five brothers: Riley Finley (Doris) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jim Finley (June) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Nathan Finley (Carol) of Wynne, Arkansas, Terry Finley of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Chris Finley of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Elliahna Villalobos, Christopher Finley, Elliott Villalobos; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one brother: Grant Finley of Jonesboro, Arkansas. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
