November 12, 1932 - March 3, 2021

Carlton David Adams, 88 of Paragould, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at his home. He was born November 12, 1932 in Bono, Arkansas to Wyley T. and Mable Mansfield Adams. He served his country in the United States Army, he was a Godly man, member of New Bethel Assembly of God Church, loved and owned many motorcycles, enjoyed playing the piano and was a member of the Senath Hornersville Quartet. He was the best father anyone could ask for, and the friend everyone wanted. Survivors include; his wife: Neva Welch of Sunshine Manor, Paragould, Arkansas; one son: Dennis Adams (Cindy) of Berkley, Michigan; one daughter: Sheila Perico (Joe) of Ocala, Florida; one sister: Emma Jean Pittman (Jim) of Macob, Michigan; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by; one son: Michael Richardson; and three brothers: John, Jack and Tom Adams. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.

    David was one of a kind. Not sure I ever met anyone with a kinder gentler soul. He treated Neva, my mother, with the love and care she deserved. I looked forward to and enjoyed every visit we had with him, He will be sorely missed. I know I will miss his sense of humor and general grace.
