Thomas James McCormick, 64 of Lake City, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital, Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born January 12, 1957 in Highland Park, Michigan to Frank and Shelia Griggs McCormick. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and watching wrestling. Survivors include; his wife: Sarah, of the home; three children: Stephen McCormick of Valley View, Arkansas, Jaime Tripp (Darryl) of Memphis, Tennessee, Tara McCormick of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one brother: Danny McCormick (Tina), one sister: Melody Matabaus (Mark) of Monette, Arkansas; grandchildren: Logan, Kylan, Abby, Jadan, Jourdyn, Saddler, Jaelyn, Aniston, Dejah; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one brother: David McCormick and one sister: Lynda McCormick. Graveside service will be Friday, February 12, 2021 at 12:00 noon at Caraway Cemetery, Caraway, Arkansas. In compliance with Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial coverings are required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is to be signed, and social distance will be observed.
