Carolyn Spears
February 13, 1945 - December 15, 2020

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Spears of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Carolyn was preceded by; her father: James Earnest Hillhouse; mother: Fannie Lorene Hillhouse; five brothers: E.J., James “Hoye”, Homer, Donald, and Louis Hillhouse; two sisters: Louise Hillhouse and Francis Brown. Carolyn is survived by; her husband: William Spears of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one son: Bryan Gillette of Greer’s Ferry, Arkansas; two grandchildren: Nicholas Gillette of Fort Worth, Texas and Brendan Gillette of Arlington, Texas; one sister: Barb Tittle of Memphis, Tennessee; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family. The family has requested a private burial service under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
