Louis Sterling Hoggard

Louis Sterling Hoggard, 79, son of Jess Hoggard and Eva (Watkins) Hoggard, was born September 22, 1941, in Manila, AR. He departed this life on November 24, 2020 at Three Rivers Healthcare, in Marked Tree, AR. He was a member of Grace United General Baptist Church and a retired truck driver. He served several years in the Arkansas National Guard. Louis was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gene Hoggard. Survivors include three brothers, James Hoggard of Phoenix, AZ, Ray Hoggard of Middleton, TN, and Gary Hoggard of Russellville, AR; four sisters, Jessie Strickland of Red Bay, AL, Geneva Tatum of Germantown, TN, Ann Stevens of Bloomfield, MO, and Wanda Miller of Paragould, AR. Graveside services will be conducted, Monday, November 30, at 1:00 PM, at Linwood Cemetery in Paragould, AR, with Ray Hoggard officiating. Faith Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements. In compliance with Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is to be signed, and social distancing will be observed.
