Charlene “Sue” Davidson, 76, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on November 17, 2020 at her home. She was born on August 15, 1944 in Lunsford, Arkansas to Charlie C. and Gladys Barnes Ellis. She was a Christian, enjoyed sitting on her back porch and watching the wildlife and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include; her husband of 51 years: Jimmy Davidson of the home; six children: Sherry Coy of Dixie, Arkansas, Victor Hooker of Dixie, Arkansas, Paul Hooker (Pam) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Paula Cline (Roy) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jimmy Davidson, Jr. (Tina) of Goobertown, Arkansas, and Steven Davidson (Tonya) of Paragould, Arkansas; two brothers: Lamon Ellis of Lafe, Arkansas and Jimmy Ray Ellis of Alabama; three sisters: Patricia Van Don of Paragould, Arkansas, Louise Deckelman and Donna Ellis; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her parents: Charlie and Gladys Ellis; two brothers: Tommy and Carlon Ellis; and one sister: Nora Ellis. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pine Log Cemetery Pavilion with Bro. Jerry Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the pavilion from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Pallbearers: Aaron Steel, Eric Coy, Jarrett Davidson, Blain Davidson, Mark Clayton, and John Haff, Jr. Due to Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is required to be signed, and social distancing will be observed.
