Kelvin Blair Fox, 64 passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at his home in Osceola. He was born November 30, 1955 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania to James Otis and Bobbie Price Norman. Survivors include; his wife: Toni Morris Fox; two sons: Christopher Fox and Joshua Fox Mendoza; four daughters: Jessica Fox, Monique Fox, Stacey Jackson, and Jenise Gabriel; thirteen grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
