Fred Wallace Hattenhauer
June 13, 1942 - July 23, 2020

Fred Wallace Hattenhauer, 78 of Bono, Arkansas passed away on July 23, 2020 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born on June 13, 1942 in Big Flat, Arkansas to Lester and Edna Mae Adams Hattenhauer. He was of the Baptist Faith, an Army Veteran, enjoyed hunting, riding horses, and working on projects in his shop. Survivors include; his wife of 59 years: Joy Hattenhauer of the home; three sons: Clifford Hattenhauer (Teresa) of Paragould, Arkansas, Dennis Hattenhauer (Lynette) of Finch, Arkansas, and Wallace Hattenhauer (Kristi) of Little Rock, Arkansas; one daughter: Carol Armstrong (Nathan) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two brothers: James Hattenhauer of Batesville, Arkansas and Billy Hattenhauer of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas; two sisters: Delma Wise of Rocky Face, Georgia and Lesta Mae Stroud of Batesville, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; Justin (Kristina), Taylor, Preston, Freddie, Dylan, Devin (Elise), Layne and Brett Hattenhauer, Jennifer Hatcher, Mallory (Stephen) Markum, and Jessica Sandoval; fifteen great-grandchildren; Aria, Leia, Athenea, Kurt, Liam and Roman Hattenhauer, Abigal, Wyatt, and Charlotte Markum, Lyla Hatcher, Vinny Hinson, Titus Jackson, Sophia, Alizae and Georgia Gonzales; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; his parents: Lester and Edna Hattenhauer; one great-granddaughter: Claira Elyse Henson; three brothers: Jackie Hattenhauer, Bobby Hattenhauer, and Ray Lee Hattenhauer; and two sisters: Glenda Fay Wess and Josephine McClanahan. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Robert Cook at Lorado Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Lorado Cemetery, P.O. Box 352, Bono, Arkansas.
