Henrietta Walker, 70, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away at about 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2020 of a stroke at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in the company of her husband and son after a long struggle with heart related illness. Mrs. Walker was born September 9, 1949 in Leachville, Arkansas to Jack and Dollie McCoy. She graduated from Leachville High School in 1968, and married Berlen Ray Walker February 9, 1968. She gave birth to two sons: Kevin Ray Walker, on June 9, 1971 and Kenneth Ryan Walker on July 27, 1973 and raised her adopted daughter: Jessica Ward. She was a loving mother and a faithful wife. She was preceded in death by; her youngest son: Kenneth Ryan Walker; parents: Jack and Dollie McCoy; three brothers: Clifton McCoy, Jackie Wayne McCoy and Michael McCoy. She leaves behind her husband: Berlen Ray Walker of Paragould, Arkansas; one son: Kevin Ray Walker of Paragould, Arkansas ; two daughters: Jessica Ward of Blytheville, Arkansas and Raven Gault of Memphis, Tennessee; two grandsons: Nicholas Dylan Walker of Memphis, Tennessee and Chase Santiago of Blytheville, Arkansas ; one granddaughter: Lilah Santiago of Blytheville, Arkansas; four brothers: Raymond McCoy of Memphis, Tennessee, Harvey McCoy of Edgemont, Arkansas, Melvin McCoy and Tony McCoy of Leachville, Arkansas; two sisters: Glenda Long of Leachville, Arkansas and Regina Cox of Paragould, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. Graveside service will be Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Crittenden Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion , Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. Out of an abundance caution for others and in compliance with current safety guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required along with social distancing.
