James Veston Stafford

James Veston Stafford, 79, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, Paragould, Arkansas. He was born June 19, 1940 in Pensacola, Florida to James Alcus and Eloise Alawada Smith Stafford. He was of the Baptist faith, a member of Oak Grove Heights First Baptist Church and he served in the United States Army. Survivors include; his wife: Mary Ealine Cashion Stafford, of the home; three sons: Timothy Myatt (Sarah), Steve Myatt, and Ron Myatt (Stephanie) all of Paragould, Arkansas; one daughter: Sandra Cooper (Jimmy) of Paragould, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; one son: Randy Myatt. Out of an abundance of caution for others and in compliance with current health safety guidelines, the family request private services under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
