Florabell “Flo” Emma Cassidy, 68 of Manila, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Lakeside Nursing Center, Lake City, Arkansas. She was born September 11, 1951 in Frankfort, Michigan to Howard C. and Emma Steinbach Harwood. She was a member of the Manila First Baptist Church, enjoyed fishing, camping, and the outdoors. Survivors include; two sons: Henry Shaw (Barbara) of Murdock, Oklahoma and Wayne Shaw of Blytheville, Arkansas; five daughters: Emily Hartgraves (Larry) of Steele, Missouri, Laura Haddock (Brock) of Caraway Arkansas, Flora Webb (Jeremy) of Paragould, Arkansas, Sarah Rodriguez (Frank) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Mary Woods (Joshua) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; three brothers: Howard C. Harwood of Garden City, Michigan, James E. Harwood of South Lyons, Michigan and Kenneth R. Harwood of Manila, Arkansas; twenty two grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; one brother: Robert Harwood, Sr. Private graveside service will be held Saturday, April 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Manila Cemetery, Manila, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
