James Wayne Brown, 75 of Trumann, Arkansas passed away at his home, Tuesday, February 4, 2020. He was born December 17, 1944 in Peach Orchard, Arkansas to Evelyn and Clarence Melvin. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, watching baseball and westerns, playing with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include; his wife, of fifty one years: Shery Ann Brown; two daughters: Tina Reid and Teresa Roark both of Trumann, Arkansas; one son: Colton Brown of Trumann, Arkansas; one sister: Ana Jean Brand; three grandchildren: Tiffany, Christopher, and Sydney; eight great grandchildren; two nephews, three nieces; three great nephews; six great nieces; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; his mother: Evelyn Melvin; step dad: Clarence Melvin; and one brother: Charles Henry Brown. Memorial services will be Friday, February 7, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Lepanto, Arkansas with Bro. Harold McMickle officiating.

    Uncle James was a very good man,he would give you his last dollar if you needed it.I still remember when I was a mean teenager,he told me to get in that bathroom and wash that make up off my eyes.He said I wore to much...…...Lol. I will miss you,tell mama,daddy,and Crickett Hey for me.I miss and Love all my family and friends in Heaven.Heaven gained a good man.
