Betty Marie Johnson, 72 of Rector passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, Paragould, Arkansas. She was born January 10, 1948 in Nimmons, Arkansas. Her parents were James Stidham and Enos and Flossie Pollard.. She was a member of the Bethal General Baptist Church in Rector, Arkansas, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, fishing, and computers She loved playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include; her husband: Jerry Wayne Johnson of the home; children: Jerry Don Johnson (Michelle), Bryan Johnson (Charity), Chris Ann Cavaness (Donnie), Tony Lynn Johnson (Valerie); a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; her stepfather: Enos Pollard; one brother and one sister. Funeral service will be Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Bethal General Baptist Church, Rector, Arkansas with Bro. Kevin Swain officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. Burial will be in Nimmons Cemetery, Nimmons, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church, Saturday at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
