Marjie Mae Sargent
November 21, 1930 - December 30, 2019

Marjie Mae Sargent, 89 of Lake City, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at her home. She was born November 21, 1930 in Morgan County, Indiana to Obra R. and Esther Smith Lambert. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, a member of Monette Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and spent over forty-five years in Pioneer full time ministry, she loved her family and doing things for them, she loved to sew, crochet, and knit. Survivors include; three daughters: Linda Sargent of Tracy City, Tennessee, Marissa Wood (Walt) of Lake City, Arkansas, Joni Whitaker (Larry) of Indianapolis, Indiana, ; one son: Andrew Sargent (Kathy) of Indianapolis, Indiana; twelve grandchildren: Stacy, Courtnie, Chelsey, Briana, Justin, Nikki, Cody, Torrey, Blake, Jamie, Jarrod, and Joel; ten great grandchildren: Marley, Jax, Lexi, Sydney, Penny, Presley, Heath, Roman, Vienna, and Brinley; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; one son: Richard Sargent; two brothers: Dennis and Raleigh Lambert; two sisters: Maxine Lewis and Muril Sims. Memorial service will be Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Monette Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses.
