Terry J. Hancock, 55 of Bay, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 29, 2019 at NEA Baptist Hospital, Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born February 28, 1964 in Bona, Arkansas to Kenneth Ray and Minnie Murphy Hancock. Terry was a retired police officer in Bay, Arkansas, enjoyed fishing, auctions, gardening, mechanics, and St. Louis cardinals, and especially his grandchildren. Survivors include; two daughters: Stephanie (Bobby) Pyburn of Trumann, Arkansas and Ashley Burnett (Walter) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one sister: Tammy Douglas (Dewayne) of Brookland, Arkansas; two brothers: Thomas Hancock of Paragould, Arkansas and Kevin Hancock; six grandchildren: Kaylie, Lydia, and Tabitha Burnett, and Raymon, Madison, and Nevaeh Pyburn; and his girlfriend: Lecia Fillaw; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; his wife: Tammy Hancock; and a special uncle: Johnny Hancock. Funeral service will be Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Methodist Church, 300 Central Avenue, Bay, Arkansas 5:00-7:00 p.m. with Pastor Diane Wimberly officiating and reading of the eulogy by Phillip Vanwinkle under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
