Jason Wayne McCoy, 31, of Bruce, Mississippi passed away on December 20, 2019 at his home. He was born on December 1, 1988 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Jacky Wayne McCoy, Jr. and Patricia Key McCoy. Jason was formerly from Leachville, Arkansas, enjoyed bass fishing and spending time with his nephew. Survivors include; his grandmother: Diane Key of Manila, Arkansas; his father: Jacky McCoy of Leachville, Arkansas; his mother: Patricia Key McCoy of Bruce, Mississippi; one son: Landon Sheppard of Monette, Arkansas; his brother: Jeremy McCoy(Racheal) of Leachville, Arkansas; fiancé: Brittany Campbell of Bruce, Mississippi; one nephew: Jasper McCoy of Leachville, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; two grandfathers: Jack McCoy, Sr. and Richard Key; and one grandmother: Peggy McCoy. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the First Untied Pentecostal Church, 700 Baltimore Avenue, Manila, Arkansas with Pastor Robert White officiating. Burial will follow at Leachville Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Pallbearers: Michael Thorpe, James Tate, Lester Vanhorn, Jimmy Nance, Chris Adamson, and DeWayne Schrader. Honorary Pallbearers: Michael Key, Homer Key, Lance Tartlon, John Culp, and David McCoy.
