Deborah Louise Heugel,53, of Osceola, Arkansas passed away on November 26, 2019 at 5:55 AM at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Those who knew her as Mom, Grandma, and Debbie knew that she was a free spirit, a lover of family and of baking, and a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She dearly loved decorating cakes, spending time with her family, and thoroughly enjoying life. Debbie is survived by her husband, Gary Heugel, her parents, Albert and Margie Riney, and her brother and sister-in-law, Albert Riney Junior and Melanie Riney. She leaves behind five children and five grandchildren. Her loving children are Michael Ammons, Jamie Ammons, Abigail Ammons, Gabrielle Ammons, and Jari Ledebuhr. Debbie’s loving grandchildren are Austin Wren, Zachary Wren, Michael Ledebuhr, Maddison Ammons, and Landon Ammons. Debbie is loved and will be missed by many now that she rests peacefully with God. Faith Funeral Home in Manila will hold visitation for family on Tuesday December 3rd at 10 AM. Friends may visit beginning at 11 AM. There will be a funeral at 12 PM, with graveside services to follow at Marked Tree Cemetery.
