Joyce Staggs, 73 of Jonesboro Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. Survivors include; her husband: Gerald Staggs of Jonesboro, and daughter: Leisa Couch of Caraway, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends. Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Caraway Senior Life Center, Caraway, Arkansas.
