Linda Dale Walker, 68 of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019 at her home. She was born January 18, 1951 in Martinez, California to the late Charles and Sally Camp. She was a member of the Bible Holiness Pentecostal Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas, enjoyed singing, always had a smile on her face, loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a bus driver for fourteen years and retired this from the Nettleton School district. Survivors include; her husband: Jerry Walker; one son: Timmy Steele of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one daughter: Shelly Akin (Gaylen) of Brookland, Arkansas; five grandchildren: Ray Akin, Jacob Akin, Gaylen Akin, Jr., Colton Burke, and Zachary Dotter; three great grandchildren: Carson Akin, Khloe Akin, and BryLynn Akin; two sisters: Betty Castenada of Oklahoma, and Evie Bearden of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three brothers: Robert Shinault, Alfred Camp, and David Camp all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two step daughters: Renee Houston (Tim) of Paragould, Arkansas and Amber Baker (Jeremy) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four step grandchildren: Tiffany Patton, Julie Houston, Clayton Houston, and Brylee Baker; one step great grandson: Dawson Houston; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; one brother: Thurman Shinault. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 27,2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bible Holiness Pentecostal Church, 2404 Rogers Chapel Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas with Bro, Mike Chaney officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas. Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery, Brookland, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
