Steven Wiley Smith, 54, of Brookland, Arkansas passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born on December 22, 1964 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Samuel Wiley Smith, Jr. and Betty Jo Bynum Smith. He was of the Christian Faith, a machine programmer for Thomas and Betts, loved music of all genres, and enjoyed reading. Survivors include; five children: Noah Hunter of Florida, Tara Smith of Atlanta, Georgia, Samantha Smith of Alaska, Alexander Smith of Perryville, Arkansas, and Jean Marie Kalb-Smith of West Virginia; four sisters: Leslie Smith of Springfield, Oregon, Charmain Harless of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Valerie Miller of Florence, Oregon, and Sherry Carr of Potts Camp, Mississippi; an abundance of nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; his parents: S. Wiley and Betty Smith. The family request private services under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
