Scotty Ray Dobbins, 49 of Trumann, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at his home. He was born February 21, 1970 in Trumann, Arkansas to Jimmy Ray and Peggy Jean Raymond Dobbins. He was a member of the Trumann Church of God. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandkids, “arguing” with anyone (just for fun), he never met a stranger. Survivors include; his wife of nine years: Linda Adams Dobbins; seven children: Ed (Breanna) Hall of Trumann, Arkansas, Beth (Austin) Whitaker of Bay, Arkansas, Yasmine Hall of Trumann, Arkansas, Anna Anderson of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Billy Dobbins of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Alan Dobbins of Trumann, Arkansas, Samantha (Tim) Biggers of Trumann, Arkansas; fifteen grandchildren; four sisters: Becky (Russell) Newell of Trumann, Arkansas, Tina (Mike) Crittendon of Trumann, Arkansas, Lisa (Richard) Drake of Bradley, Arkansas, Kerri Smith of Trumann, Arkansas, and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by; his father: Jimmy Dobbins; his mother: Peggy Jean Raymond Owens; his step-dad: Butch Owens; one brother: Billy Owens. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Trumann Church of God, 100 Birch Street, Trumann, Arkansas 72472.
