James Martin

Mr. James Buford Martin, age 84 of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away Tuesday September 3, 2013 at his home. Born August 30, 1929 in Blytheville, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Buford and Bernice Baker Martin. Mr. Martin enjoyed music. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Martin of the home; one daughter: Terri Hayley of Corinth, Texas; two step-children: Teresa Obryan of Lake City, Arkansas and George Allred of Blytheville, Arkansas one grandchild: Jamie Hayley; two step-granddaughters: Rhea Ann Boren and Savanah Watson both of Jonesboro, Arkansas. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son: Scott Martin and one brother: Jerry Martin. The family is having a private memorial service at their home on Saturday. Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas is in charge of arrangements.
