Billy D. Hoggard, Jr. 59 passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born November 28, 1958 in Moline, Illinois to Billy D. Hoggard, Sr. and the late Lucy Faye Liles Hoggard. Survivors include his father: Billy D. Hoggard, Sr. of Brookland, Arkansas; one sister: Joni (Freddy) Bratton of Brookland, Arkansas; one niece: Christina Jordan of Trumann, Arkansas; one nephew: Justin Taylor of Brookland, Arkansas and a host of other family and friends.Billy was preceded in death by his mother. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
