Ms. Charlene “Suzie” Hendrix, 74, of Lepanto, Arkansas died on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. Ms. Hendrix was born on November 5, 1939 in Corinth, Mississippi to the late Charlie and Viola Parker Felks. She enjoyed fishing and yard sales.

Dr. Shaneyfelt was born on December 28, 1932 in Leachville, Arkansas to the late Eugene and Pauline Edwards Shaneyfelt. Mr. Johnny Paul Carr, 53, of Rector, Arkansas, died on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Carr was born on November 21, 1960 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Alvin and Ellen Holder Carr. Mr. Carr was a member of the Pocahontas United Pentecostal Church, an auto mechanic, loved his grandchildren very much, and enjoyed fishing, racing, football and wrestling.

Mr. David Lee Golden, 63, of Bay, Arkansas went to the arms of Jesus on Thursday, January 23, 2014. Mr. Golden was born on September 11, 1950 in Trumann, Arkansas to the late Charles Robert and Viola Lindsey Golden. Mr. Golden worked as a brick layer and at Hytrol in Jonesboro, Arkansas and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Hopkins was born on September 24, 1935 in Black Oak, Arkansas to the late George and Maude Hopkins. Mr. Hopkins was a member of the First Assembly of God in Portageville, Missouri and worked in law enforcement for 38 years as a Deputy in Pemiscot and Wayne Counties and as Chief Investigator in New Madrid County. Mr. W. F. Kilpatrick, Jr., 76, of Lake City, Arkansas died on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the Lake Side Nursing Home. Mr. Kilpatrick was born on September 18, 1937 in Harrison County, Texas to the late Forrest and Clema Kilpatrick. He was a former pastor in the Cave City area, a member of the Methodist Church in Jonesboro and the pastor came to his house to worship with him. He loved doing things for other people, wood working, and painting signs.

Mrs. Valentine was born on April 5, 1953 in Corning, Arkansas to Jeffrey Manibert and Hallie Margaret Ruff Reeves. Mrs. Valentine was of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed being a homemaker and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Cathy Davis Nixon, age 58 of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Born November 26, 1955 in Jonesboro, Arkansas she was the daughter of Harold and Paula Tucker Davis. Mrs. Nixon was a devout Christian who walked with the Lord for over 50 years. She was a licensed massage therapist and owned the Healing Touch Massage Center in Jonesboro and she enjoyed counseling with people and talking on the phone.

Mr. Christopher Williams, 47, of Paragould, Arkansas died on Monday, January 13, 2014 in West Memphis, Arkansas. Mr. Williams was born on September 29, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri to Roger and Joan Williams. Mr. Williams was a Christian, a truck driver for 14 years, a longtime resident of Bakersfield, California, moved to Paragould in 2010. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
