Mrs. Carol Sue Wynne, age 55 of Osceola, Arkansas, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at her home. Born July 1, 1958 in Osceola, she was the daughter of the late Odie and Juanita Johnson Smith and was a longtime area resident. Mrs. Wynne was a homemaker and enjoyed playing video games and taking care of her grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons: Thomas Smith and wife Annette and Johnathan Stull all of Manila, Arkansas; three daughters: Terry Stull, Renee Stull and Marie Stull all of
Mr. Gary Clayton Winters, 64, of Jonesboro, Arkansas died on Friday, December 27, 2013 at his home. Mr. Winters was born on October 8, 1949 in Harrisburg, Arkansas to the late Jim Ed and Ora Marie Tibbs Winters. Mr. Winters was of the Baptist faith, served in the Marines during the Vietnam conflict, retired from the U. S. Postal Service, worked at Heavenly Ham, enjoyed gardening, yard sales and bowling.

Mr. Johnny Lewis Nations, 75, of Marmaduke died on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at St. Bernards Medical Center. Mr. Nations was born on June 8, 1938 in Steele, Missouri to the late Johnny Virgil and Leron Odessa Farmer Nations. Mr. Nations was a Christian, served as Sheriff in Greene County from 1979 – 1982, Deputy Sheriff in Greene County, Chief of Police in Marmaduke, K9 unit in Greene County, and an avid Razorback basketball fan.

Mrs. Joyce Ritchie McDaniel Berry, age 75 of Caraway, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013 at her home. Born September 5, 1938 in Trumann, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Troy “Bunk” and Freda Adams Ritchie and was a longtime area resident. Mrs. Berry was a member of the Milligan Ridge Baptist Church but attended the First Baptist Church in Caraway. She was also a member of the Caraway Lions Club and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Ms. Linda Jackson, 60, of Manila, Arkansas died on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 in Manila, Arkansas. Ms. Jackson was born on December 8, 1953 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Everette and Marveline Weatherford Hillhouse. Ms. Jackson worshipped at the Blackwater Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and crafts, and loved birds.
